O3D’s return policy is meant to ensure the well-being of our customers and allows us to offer quality products and services. All O3D products are guaranteed for 30 days after purchase. User must have taken proper care of the product and have complied with all maintenance instructions. O3D products can only be cleaned and disinfected by the provided list. Abuse is not covered by the warranty. Replacement Due to Defect ** Currently, due to COVID-19, no returns or exchanges are being accepted. If your product breaks, please contact us to arrange for a replacement. Products will be replaced if the conditions of the guarantee were respected by the client. NOT REFUNDABLE: Shipping and transportation costs are not refundable. Except in the case of delivery error. All errors must be reported to us no later than 10 working days after receipt of the goods.
